Lunch Menus

Christmas Menus

All Christmas buffets are served on China with stainless steel cutlery.
Buffets Q1 - Q8 are served with good quality disposable table cloths and napkins.
Buffets Q9 and Q10 are supplied with linen table cloths
Where coffee is required and is not included on any menu, the charge is £2.50 + VAT per cover and must be pre-ordered. Al coffee is fresh "filter coffee"

All Silver Service meals are served on China with stainless steel cutlery and linen table cloths.
Where coffee is required and is not included in any menu, the charge is £2.00 + VAT per cover and must be pre-ordered.

Low Number Surcharge
Numbers under 100 attract a low number surcharge:
0-75 - £80.00 + VAT, 76-99 - £40.00 + VAT

Staff Charge
A charge of £40.00 + VAT per staff member for a period of up to 4 hours for every 15 covers or part thereof.
Functions over 4 hours, per hour per staff member - £10 + VAT.
Extra staff to circulate drinks, per staff member for up to 4 hours - £40 + VAT.

5 varieties - £6.75 + VAT
7 varieties - £8.80 + VAT
Staff charge where canapés are ordered on their own: 50 covers - £40 + VAT, 50-100 covers - £80 + VAT, 100+ covers - £120 + VAT
